Oh this is a good one!
Basically I wanted to use up what food I had and that’s what made this!
- 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2/3 cup Kefir
- 1 scoop Shakeology (not necessary, but can be included in this if you want to add another Red)
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tsp Almond Butter
- 1 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Kefir
- Combine yogurt and Kefir, and Shakeology if adding
- Top yogurt with fruit and almonds
- To make sauce – Mix all ingredients and drizzle over fruit
